Cancellation Policy

At Root & Wonder, we believe children learn best through hands-on exploration, creativity, and sensory experiences. Our classes may include activities such as painting, water play, sensory bins, natural materials, and other creative projects that can sometimes be messy. By registering for a Me & You Workshop (Creative Garden and/or Wonder Lab), I acknowledge and agree to the following: Participation in Activities I understand that Root & Wonder classes involve hands on art and sensory play activites. These may include materials such as paint, clay, water, sand, natural materials, and other creative supplies. Messy Play I understand that clothing, shoes, and personal belongings may become dirty or stained during class. I agree to dress my child in clothing appropriate for messy play. Root & Wonder is not responsible for damage to clothing or personal items. Supervision Responsibility Me & You Workshops are caregiver accompanied experiences. I understand that I am responsible for supervisiing my child during the class and ensuring their safety and participation. Allergies & Sensitivities I agree to inform Root & Wonder of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect my child's participation in class activities. Assumption of Risk I understand that participation in create and sensory activities carries inherent risks, including minor spills, slips, or contact with art materials. I voluntarily assume these risks on behalf of my child. Liability Release I release and hold harmless Root & Wonder, it's instructors, and assistants from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from participation in classes, except in cases of gross negligence. By registering for a Root & Wonder class, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to this waiver.
